Term and Conditions : Timing and mileage will be counted from Point to Point. To avoid disputes later user is requested to write reporting time, kms and releasing time and km in his/her own hand writing on duty slip. For outside Delhi minimum 250 Kms per day average will be charged. Duty for more than four hours will be treated as full day duty i.e. 80 Kms/8 Hours. All interstate taxes, toll taxes, parking will be charged extra as per actual receipts wherever applicable. Local night retention will be charged between 22:00 Hrs to 06:00 Hrs as mentioned in out station column. We will not be responsible for any loss of man power due to any technical failure of vehicle/loss of third party, all vehicles are comprehensively insured, and the same may be claimed from insurance company. Payment: 50 % @ THE TIME OF CONFIRMATION AND BALANCE 48 HRS BEFORE TRAVEL DATE. Any cancellation after confirmation will be charged for full day rental. Tariff is subject to change view hike in fuel prices with mutual understanding. AC will not blow in Hilly area. Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/ stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, road blocks and/or any factors beyond our control. Driver and guide tip charges are not included in above given cost. So, guest can pay that directly to driver/guide as per their service.
